Langwarrin South House Restumping

This house was extremely un-level and very bouncy. Furthermore, it didn’t have the legal amount of stumps per square footage. You’ll Be Stumped replaced the original wooden stumps with concrete stumps. We added extra stumps so it was structurally sound.

Langwarrin Re-Blocking

An interesting job in Langwarrin, where a previous owner built a large undercover decking, but neglected to stump the centre. Of course, the entire deck and the roof began to sag dangerously. Had it not repaired by us, it would undoubtedly have collapsed in on itself, roof and all. We added 12 new stumps to secure this structure, which is now “Safe as houses” as they say.
